This Cancellation & Refund Policy outlines the guidelines and procedures for cancellations, returns, and refunds for purchases made on our website. This policy is in compliance with the Consumer Protection Act, 2019, and the Information Technology (Reasonable Security Practices and Procedures and Sensitive Personal Data or Information) Rules, 2011 of India.

1.1 Order Cancellation
- You may cancel an order within 24 hours of placing it, provided the order has not been shipped.
- To cancel an order, please contact our customer service team immediately via email or phone with your order number and a request for cancellation.
- Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled but may be eligible for return and refund as per our Return Policy.
1.2 Order Modification
- Requests for order modification (such as changing delivery address, payment method, or product quantity) must be made within 12 hours of placing the order.
- Modification requests are subject to approval and may not be guaranteed.
1.3 Cancellation by Seller
We reserve the right to cancel orders under the following circumstances:
- The product is out of stock or unavailable
- We identify a pricing or description error
- We suspect fraudulent or unauthorized activity
- The order cannot be verified or validated
If we cancel your order, you will be notified by email, and a full refund will be processed within 7-10 business days.

2.1 Return Eligibility
Products can be returned within 7 days from the date of delivery if:
- The product is damaged, defective, or has missing parts
- The product delivered is materially different from the description on the website
- The product delivered is not the item you ordered
- The product is found to be not as per the quality standards promised
2.2 Return Process
To initiate a return:

- Share clear photographs of the product showing the issue (in case of damaged or defective items)
- Our team will review your request and provide a return authorization if eligible
- Pack the product in its original packaging with all accessories, user manuals, and free gifts (if any)
- Use the return shipping label provided by us (if applicable)
2.3 Return Shipping
- For returns due to our error (wrong item, defective product), return shipping costs will be borne by us
- For returns due to customer preference, the customer may be responsible for return shipping costs
2.4 Condition of Returned Products
Returned products must be:
- In unused condition (except in case of defective/damaged products)
- In original packaging with all tags intact
- Accompanied by the original invoice or receipt
- Complete with all accessories and free gifts that came with the product

3.1 Refund Processing
- Refunds will be initiated within 3 business days after the returned product has been received and inspected
- Refund processing may take 7-10 business days to reflect in your account, depending on your payment method and banking channels
3.2 Refund Methods
Refunds will be processed through the original payment method used for the purchase:
- Credit/Debit Card payments: Credited back to the original card
- Net Banking: Credited to the bank account used for the transaction
- UPI Transactions: Credited back to the originating UPI ID
- Digital Wallets: Credited back to the wallet account
- Cash on Delivery (COD): Bank transfer to the account details provided by you
3.3 Partial Refunds
Partial refunds may be offered in the following cases:
- Only a portion of the order is being returned
- The product is returned without original packaging or missing accessories
- The product shows signs of use or damage caused by the customer
3.4 Non-Refundable Items
The following items are not eligible for return or refund:
- Personalized or customized products
- Perishable goods
- Products with broken seals or packaging, unless defective
- Digital products or downloadable content
- Intimate wear, swimwear, and undergarments for hygiene reasons

- Late cancellations (less than 24 hours) may be subject to a cancellation fee of up to 25% of the service cost
